If you want to work up a sweat on Thanksgiving this year, you can skip your annual Turkey Trot.

Here are a few of the best positions to do this holiday. Get ready to make those muscles burn, sweat, and ~get wet~. (In more ways than one.) 

The Sitting Pretty 💁‍♀️

You’ll burn about 188 calories if you get into the ~squat~ position while you’re on top, moving up and down on your partner. (Almost as if you’re really squatting in the gym, yah know?) Consider this your (lucky!) excuse to burn off the turkey that’s making you sleepy AF 🦃.

On A Mission 🕵️

If you want more of a chill exercise experience, try sidling up into the missionary position. If you’re on the bottom, you’ll only burn about 44 calories. But that’s not nothing? It’s basically like sweating out the Thanksgiving gravy, hah. And if you want to shave off more, why not use it as an excuse to indulge in a few more rounds? 

Last Person Standing 👩🏼‍🤝‍👨🏽

Both partners will nix about 150 to 200 calories while having sex in the standing position. Another benefit? It’s an easy, discrete position to sneak on the down-low if you and bae are home for the holidays.

Churn That Butter 🧈

If you’re ready for something a little more advanced (that’ll help you burn the most of pretty much any sex position), look no further than The Butter Churner. You’ll burn about 211 calories, but it’s complicated. Lie on your back, lift your legs up until you’re nearly on your shoulders while your partner hovers over you and penetrates.
