Shipping & Orders
How much is shipping, and how do I get free shipping?
Orders shipping within the United States that total over $40 before tax ship free. Orders under $40, and all international orders, are charged shipping based on destination.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to many international destinations, though shipping is charged in full and some locations may not be available. If we're unable to fulfill an international order, we'll cancel it and let you know.
How can I track my order?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received it, check your spam folder or email info@beiabeauty.com.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of your order date. Email info@beiabeauty.com with your order number in the subject line to start a return.
Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?
Yes, as long as it's for an item of the same price, excluding any discount that was applied. Items purchased with a discount or as part of a set aren't eligible for exchange.
Can I return part of a bundle or set?
Sets need to be returned as a complete set. We're not able to accept partial returns or exchanges on bundles.
What if my product arrives damaged or opened?
We can't accept nearly-empty, opened, or tampered containers for return or exchange, so please inspect your order when it arrives and contact info@beiabeauty.com right away if something's wrong.
Subscribe & Save
How does Subscribe & Save work?
On eligible products, choosing the Subscribe & Save option gets you 20% off that item on a recurring schedule, instead of a one-time purchase.
Can I change or cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can manage or cancel your subscription any time from your account. If you need a hand, email info@beiabeauty.com and we'll take care of it.

What does "clean" mean for Beia products?
It means we formulate without the harsh or unnecessary ingredients found in a lot of conventional body care, while still delivering real results for everyday moments, not just a spa day.
Are Beia products fragrance-free?
Our core essentials, including Refresh Wipes and the Daily Hydrating & Setting Mist, are formulated fragrance-free for sensitive skin. Check the individual product page for specifics on any item you're considering.
Are Beia products safe to use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding?
Our core essentials are formulated fragrance-free with sensitive skin in mind. Since individual medical histories vary, we recommend checking with your healthcare provider before introducing any new product during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
