Products that total up to over $50 before shipping qualify for free standard delivery. Shipping for orders under $50 before tax will be based on the location of where the order will be shipped to.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

Your happiness is our top priority! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return your purchase within 30 days of your order date. To request a return email support@beiabeauty.com with your order number in the subject line.

• You can only exchange for items of the same price excluding any discount that was applied.
• Items purchased with a discount or as part of a valued set are not eligible for an exchange.
• We cannot accept items purchased from another websites or retail stores for an exchange or refund.
• We cannot accept nearly empty containers, or containers filled or tampered with other creams for refund or exchange.
• Shipping cost and gift wrapping services are not eligible for refunds.
• We can not accept partial returns or exchanges for bundle sets. You must return the complete set for a refund.
• We are not responsible for personal damages to an item. If the item has been dropped, stolen, spilled, misused, etc., we cannot refund or accept a return.
