Shipping & Returns Policy

Products that total up to over $50 before shipping qualify for free standard delivery. Shipping for orders under $50 before tax will be based on the location of where the order will be shipped to.

Your happiness is our top priority! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return your purchase within 30 days of your order date. To request a return email info@beiabeauty.com with your order number in the subject line. 

• Only products purchased on beiabeauty.com may be returned for a refund or exchange.

• You can only exchange for items of the same price excluding any discount that was applied.

• Items purchased with a discount or as part of a valued set are not eligible for an exchange.

• We cannot accept items purchased from another websites or retail stores for an exchange or refund.

• We cannot accept nearly empty containers, or containers filled or tampered with other creams for refund or exchange.

• Shipping cost and gift wrapping services are not eligible for refunds.

• We can not accept partial returns or exchanges for bundle sets. You must return the complete set for a refund.

• We are not responsible for personal damages to an item. If the item has been dropped, stolen, spilled, misused, etc., we cannot refund or accept a return.
