How To Achieve Radiant Summer Skin

Summer is just around the corner. (Thank heavens!) So you know what that means: For some people, it’s the season of showing a lil’ more skin. Whether you’re taking your shorts out of storage, pulling out your tank tops, or hanging up all your sundresses, it’s safe to say that summer is the season of baring your body. 

And while baring your body is great (IDK about you, but I’m sick of wearing a million layers! 🙋🏻‍♀️), not everyone feels 100% comfortable in this weather, especially when you might feel pale and rough and dry from a whole season of staying covered up in the cold. 

So to help you out, below we’ve compiled a list of tips for feeling confident and glowy in your skin this season. Here’s what you should know… 

Slough Away Dead Skin 🧼

Gently scrub away in-growns, dead skin cell build up, and rough patches with the Bikini & Body Scrub. (Which officially drops tomorrow! Stand tuned.) Tanning Drops ☀️

Whenever I feel like my skin could use a boost of glow, I like to mix tanning drops (these are my fav!) in with a little moisturizer and use the formula all over my body. IDK about you, but it just makes me more confident and happy to have a bit of a tan, even if it’s a fake one. (Lol.) 

Stay Moisturized 🧴

To keep my skin feeling soft and smooth, I liked to use a few pumps of our Body & Intimacy Serum all over my body, too. Made with nourishing ingredients like squalane, coconut oil, and green tea, it leaves my skin radiant and moisturized all season long. (Perfect for donning short shorts and sleeves!) 

Keep Moving 🚶

Getting in my dose of daily movement is so important to me. (I love KKSweat!) Not only does it make me feel good mentally, but it helps me feel strong and confident in my body when I can lift heavy weights, run fast, and stay flexible. Try incorporating exercise into your routine, too, even if it’s just a long walk. It’ll help you feel more present in your body and mentally prepared for showing more skin.
