Bare It All Spotlight: JORDAN LAURELLE (Magnetism & Manifestation Coach)

Tell Us Who You Are!
I’m Jordan Laurelle, a content creator and coach who helps women practice magnetism and manifestation in their everyday lives. I’m also the founder and host of The Magnetic Muse Podcast, where I share stories, wisdom, and practical tips from both my own life and the lives of my incredibly inspiring guests. (Find us on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or wherever else you listen!)
In the fall of 2021, after ending a romantic relationship and feeling lost in life (and love!), my body gave me a sign. Something inside of me was telling me to move from New York to California, a place I’d only been a handful of times. I listened, and booked a flight to San Diego. At the airport, I felt like a changed person, so aligned with my feelings and dreams. I knew I’d discovered a powerful new way of life: manifestation.
I became obsessed, and learned everything about the practice that I could. (This work changes you from the inside out!) I’d already been content creating for years, but from there, I shifted my platform to focus on inspiring and empowering women to create beautiful lives for themselves with manifestation and magnetism, just as I had.

7:00 AM - 7:30 AM → Good Morning, Sunshine! ☀️
You’re catching me at a very unpredictable time in my life, as I’m currently splitting my time between two cities! So, I don’t have much of a set routine. That said, there are a few constants in my life that make a huge difference for me, so I’ll share those!
For starters, I make sure I get at least 8 to 10 hours of sleep every night, and I like to wake up around 7:00 AM. (If I can!)
7:30 AM - 9:00 AM → Morning “Me” Time ✨
After I wake up, I always start my days with a meditation or activation on the Superhuman App. They have everything from a three-minute walking activation to put yourself in a positive mindset, to longer meditations for bringing about joyful vibrations in your day.
I listen to activations while I’m washing my face and getting ready. (I particularly love the ones focused on gratitude! I always have a better day when I listen to those.) Then, I’ll go on a walk outside to get some movement in while I have my coffee. This hour-ish before I start working is so essential to me. I prefer easing into the day!
9:00 AM - 12:00 PM → Unleashing Imagination 🎨
I’m much more creative in the mornings, so I usually try to do work that requires a lot of my brainpower and alone time. For example, I’ll do things like brainstorm ideas for content, write social media captions, or record a podcast.
1:00 PM - 5:30 PM → Social Hours 💁♀️
The afternoon is when I tackle the social aspects of my work, like going to meetings, being a guest on other people’s podcasts, and doing coaching sessions. I try not to overload myself, though, since I’m an introvert and I need to protect my energy in order to have more to give.
9:30 PM - 10:30 PM → Goodnight World🌜
If I’m doing things exactly the way I’d like to, I make sure I’m lying in bed by 10:30 PM. (It doesn’t always happen though!) Then I can get my full 8 to 10 hours of sleep, and start all over again tomorrow!
Best book rec for learning more about manifestation?
I love The Game of Life and How To Play It by Florence Scovel Shinn. I feel like she’s sharing wisdom that’s being passed down throughout the ages. She puts everything so simply, and I finish every chapter feeling so encouraged.
What should you do if you’re feelin’ kinda down about the dating scene? (It happens!)
Create a version of yourself that you’re wildly in love with. When you do, you become a honey pot that everybody’s drawn to because of your amazing energy. Get really f*cking grateful for your current life, and look for how you have what you’re calling in for your life right now.
How do you stop being your own worst critic? (Guilty!)
First, you need to identify what you’re doing. If you’re beating yourself up for eating an extra cookie, or not finishing work, recognize that you don’t need to be your own bully. A lot of us are negatively speaking to ourselves this way because that’s what parents did to us. Our relationships with our parents are the blueprint for our relationships with ourselves.
You have to re-train that inner parent. I want to be a kind and loving parent to myself. No one is perfect, everyone makes mistakes, and I’m a good person. Just like you would a child, treat yourself with compassion and understanding.
Any journaling tips for building a better relationship with yourself?
When we manifest, we tend to block ourselves with self-limiting beliefs, but that’s where journaling comes in handy. Once my clients have clarified what they want, I ask them to write down their doubts.
For example, if you’re like, I want to manifest this handsome, emotionally available man who is ready for a family, you might be worrying: does he even exist? But if you’re running around with a narrative in your head that there are no good men in your city, then there are not going to be good men in your city. Your thoughts and feelings create your actions, which create your reality.
My go-to advice is…
The biggest form of self-sabotage? Not trusting your deep desires and your heart. Listen to the things that light your soul on fire.
